Event Signage a “Quandary of Prints”

Produce event signage in a short time frame, encompassing different materials and dozens of graphics that needed to be delivered before the event and day of the event.

Scantech Graphics developed a work flow and production schedule based on critical event timelines by working with Fast Forward Event’s graphic design team.  Our project manager worked with their team to create a spreadsheet identifying all artwork, sizes, materials and quantities of graphics needed to be produced.  This specific data was then applied to event setup timelines needed to create the cohesive workflow and quality control necessary to deliver and ensure all signage was approved, produced, and delivered in time to allow for setup.

Scantech Graphics’ solution allowed Fast Forward Events to quickly and confidently verify all signage, allowing the extra time to be reprioritized to event logistics rather than signage. We were able to put the clients concerns for their event signage to rest and deliver the signage in time and on budget. The entire solution helped facilitate an outstanding event which showcased all the event sponsors’ brands and products in a colorful and eye catching manner.
