I just wanted to thank you again for the great job on production of the posters!  Customer thinks they turned out well.

I also wanted to thank you for sending such a professional installer such as Leo Torres.  He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable in signage.

He is tremendously customer-focused and even went above and beyond to satisfy our Government customer by touching up some minor areas where the paint peeled off during the removal of the original pictures.

Obviously, I would like to request Leo for all future installs depending on his availability.

I think you really set the tone for the superb quality of work for the coming projects and have set the expectation level really high.  I will get you a CD early next week of the images and we should start mocking up some designs for Mike to choose from for the admiral’s office.
